Congratulations to the September Middle Division Scholars of the Month

Sixth-grader Madisyn Matos and eighth-grader Lionel Torres have been recognized as the September Catherine Hall Scholars of the Month.

MHS teachers nominate students for this monthly award based on outstanding academic and extracurricular achievements, and for embodying the school’s Sacred Values: positive spirit, integrity, mutual respect, and commitment to mission.

Madisyn’s teachers share that she demonstrates the four Sacred Values on a daily basis. She is kind to her peers, always has a positive spirit, demonstrates integrity, and is committed to MHS. In addition to her academic success, she is involved in the musical as well as praise dance.

Lionel’s teachers share that he is a steady leader and the epitome of the school’s Sacred Values, especially commitment to mission. He enters his classes well-prepared with a strong desire to learn as much as possible each day. In addition, he displays positive spirit and mutual respect to those around him at all times.

Congratulations Madisyn and Lionel!
