Education Jobs in PA
Teachers play a critical role at MHS. They teach through innovative learning experiences. Plus, they prepare students for life by teaching and modeling the MHS Sacred Values. MHS teachers have well-resourced classrooms and a low student-to-faculty ratio.

Houseparent Careers
MHS employs more than 200 houseparent couples to live on campus full time with a small group of students over several years to be there as each child grows up. The houseparent role gives married couples the opportunity to provide a consistent, family-like structure students can rely on.
Houseparent couples receive a total compensation package worth approximately $150,000. This includes housing, meals while on duty, utilities, a comprehensive benefits package, and a combined pre-tax salary of $85,806.
Health Care Jobs
MHS provides cost-free medical, dental, and psychological services to students. We do this through top-notch staff and state-of-the-art facilities, including a 40-bed health center, three school nurse clinics, three dental clinics, and psychological services. MHS hires full-time, part-time, and temporary contract employees.
Operations & Administrative Careers
It takes a lot of work and diverse skill sets to keep a campus of more than 2,000 students operating smoothly. MHS employs:

Doctoral Internship in Health Service Psychology
For the 2024-25 school year, MHS is hosting a doctoral psychology internship program in psychology. Interns earn valuable experience with children and adolescents from lower-income backgrounds.
