Santa Claus Visits Milton Hershey School with the Help of the Hershey Fire Department

On the tenth day of Christmas…

On Monday, Dec. 14, before Santa and Rudolph headed back to the North Pole, they hitched a ride with the Hershey Fire Department to visit Milton Hershey School.

MHS Christmas parade characters

Sparty escorted Old Saint Nick and the most famous reindeer through campus along with members of the MHS Campus Safety team. In addition, our chocolate character friends from Hershey Entertainment & Resorts also joined the parade route to wish MHS students a Merry Christmas.

Sparty at the Christmas parade

This was the final activity of the 12 Days of Christmas from the Gurts. The festive celebration concludes on Wednesday, Dec. 16. Beginning on Saturday, Dec. 5, the 12 Days of Christmas featured a new surprise activity or gift each day for MHS students in their student home or TL building.

MHS Tom Robinson as the Grinch

Santa also wanted to make sure MHS students were aware that he had captured the Grinch so that he wouldn’t ruin Christmas.
