Milton Hershey School Students Take Home Major Career and Technical Education Wins

Milton Hershey School Middle and Senior Division students recently participated in several competitions focused on showcasing their skills across diverse career fields. They raised the bar by earning numerous accolades for their work, with many advancing closer to championship events. Through student organizations and hands-on learning, MHS is helping students prepare for their futures with career-focused education.

Senior Division

Eleven Senior Division students earned top honors in the SkillsUSA competition, which features challenges in some of the nation’s most highly-skilled and in-demand trades like architecture, health care, and engineering. Our first-place winners will advance to the Pennsylvania State Conference in April.

Thirty-seven high school students took part in the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Region 15 competition. As the largest career and technical student organization in the world, FBLA helps prepare students for successful careers in business. MHS students competed in a variety of categories, demonstrating their skills in fields like communications, entrepreneurship, and public safety. Those with an asterisk (*) are advancing to the State Leadership Competition in April.
