Milton Hershey School Seniors Honored as February 2023 Rotary Students of the Month

The Rotary Club of Hershey named Milton Hershey School seniors Brijoanna “Bri” Stewart and Thomas “T.J.” Kramer its February 2023 Students of the Month. They each received a certificate from the Rotary Club and are eligible for a scholarship.

Bri Stewart is from Lancaster, Pennsylvania and enrolled at Milton Hershey School in 2015. Bri has been very active in a variety of MHS programs, including National Honor Society and Varsity Volleyball. She is especially passionate about the MHS Nurse Aide Certification program, a partnership with HACC Central Pennsylvania’s Community College. Bri plans to follow in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother by pursuing a nursing degree at York College.

The Rotary Club of Hershey named Milton Hershey School student Brijioanna “Bri” Stewart one of its Students of the Month.

“I am very appreciative of the phenomenal Milton Hershey School health science teachers for helping me on my journey to enter the medical field,” Bri said.

T.J. Kramer is originally from Harrisburg, Pa and enrolled at MHS in 2017. TJ has been a member of many of the MHS Visual and Performing Arts programs, including Praise Dance, Gospel Choir, and New Horizons for several years.

TJ has also been a member of the MHS Cheerleading squad, National Honor Society, and the National Technical Honor Society. He performed in the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association’s District 7 Chorus and and Region V choirs.

This past summer, TJ participated in an internship at The Hotel Hershey, one of many ways the entire Hershey Entertainment & Resorts team supports MHS students.

The Rotary Club of Hershey named Milton Hershey School student Thomas “T.J.” Kramer one of its Students of the Month.

TJ has been accepted and plans to attend the Culinary Institute of America upon his MHS graduation, majoring in food business management with a focus in pastry arts in hopes of owning and running his own bakery. T.J. credits MHS faculty and staff for his academic success.

“I am very passionate about serving the community as it not only builds my networking skills, but also my leadership skills,” T.J. said.
