Strategic Business Pathways for Future Professionals

Business students build skills in finance, marketing, sales, management, and entrepreneurship through hands-on learning with industry professionals. The Hershey Honors Business program connects honors students with experts from The Hershey Company, offering insight into how a Fortune 500 company operates.

Authentic Work Experience

Prior to graduation, students must complete an Authentic Work Experience (AWE) that is directly connected to their CTE coursework. This can include part-time employment, internships, pre-apprenticeships, or cooperative education (co-op) opportunities.
