Highlights: Dr. Peeples-Fullmore ’91 is an accomplished educational leader and proud alumna of Milton Hershey School. Since 2017, she has served as a member of the Board of Managers, where she helps steward the school’s mission and ensure the perpetual vitality of the Milton Hershey School Trust. Her most cherished professional milestone is receiving the 2015 MHS Alumni Achievement Award for Career Accomplishment.

Professionally, Dr. Fullmore is the chief executive officer of KIPP Jacksonville Schools, where she leads strategy and growth for a public charter network serving over 3,100 students. For over 30 years, she has dedicated her career to expanding educational opportunity and advancing outcomes for children and families. She brings important experience to the Boards in areas of school administration, working with underserved youth and families, scaling, strategic planning, and residential education.
