How to Talk About MHS
Making the choice to enroll a student at MHS is hard. Some families tell us they don’t know what to say to the important people in their lives. We can help you help them. Download our “How to Talk about MHS” flyer for guardians, or contact our admissions recruiters for additional resources.

Caring Home Life
MHS students live in student homes in a family-like setting. Each student home houses eight to 12 students with a full-time married couple overseeing it. Students thrive in this nurturing home-away-from-home home.
Houseparents teach students life skills that help build character and social and emotional awareness. Together, they carry on our school’s timeless traditions.

Meet Our Team
MHS has a full team of regional admissions recruiters to help grandparents or guardians raising children. This group supports prospective students during the MHS admissions journey. They are assigned based on where a student lives.

Guardian Support Resources
While your grandchild is away at MHS, you will always be connected to the MHS community. We offer support resources to guide you both through this transition together.
