Dr. Freda Martine is senior vice president and chief strategy officer for Milton Hershey School. In her role, Dr. Martine and her team drive the successful execution of core mission strategic frameworks through defining, implementing, and tracking strategic initiatives.
Dr. Martine oversees key initiatives such as enrollment management, curriculum innovation, and strategic partnerships. She works closely with the President of MHS to translate vision into measurable outcomes, fostering cross-functional collaboration and supporting leadership development to ensure sustainable growth and continuous improvement across the organization.
Previous Experience
Before MHS, Dr. Freda Martine was an adjunct instructor for 11 years for Penn Literacy Graduate Education at The University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. She also taught at Cornell University and Franklin & Marshall College.
