The MHS Project Market opened in the summer of 1995 as part of the Agricultural and Environmental Education program. Students plant, harvest, and sell produce, plants, products, and Spartan Ice Cream.

Project Market opens to the public on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-5:30 p.m. starting Sept. 4.
