Congratulations to the October MHS Middle Division Scholars of the Month

Sixth-graders Elijah Gordon and Elinor Haubenhofer have been recognized as the Milton Hershey School Middle Division October Scholars of the Month.

MHS teachers nominate students for this monthly award based on outstanding academic and extracurricular achievements, and for embodying the school’s Sacred Values: positive spirit, integrity, mutual respect, and commitment to mission.

MHS student Elijah Gorden recognized as October Scholar of the Month

Elijah’s teachers shared that he is a model student with an overall GPA of 96 percent. In addition to being a stellar student, Elijah contributes daily in class and welcomes an academic challenge. He is very respectful and well-behaved.

MHS student Elinor Haubenhofer recognized as October Scholar of the Month

Elinor comes to class every day with a smile on her face and a strong desire to learn. She has a GPA of 97.3 percent, and her teachers share that her classwork is always of the highest quality and far exceeds expectations. The team appreciates Elinor’s leadership role in the student government. In addition, she is supportive and collaborative with her peers which makes her a great role model in class, and actively engages in all content areas while exemplifying the Sacred Values.
