Clubs and Activities

Extracurriculars to Discover Passions

From clubs to hands‑on activities, MHS students stay active and involved beyond the school day—exploring interests, building confidence, and learning alongside peers. With ample resources and opportunities to pursue their individual interests, every student can find a club or activity for them.

Athletics

Playing sports builds qualities that point to future success, including character, confidence, discipline, time management, and teamwork. MHS athletics are a source of fun and community spirit. Our sports teams are competitive, and our athletic facilities are world-class.

Arts

MHS provides all areas of Visual and Performing Arts (VPA) activities. Our students learn to love and respect the arts by adding their voices to the mix. All equipment and supplies are provided—including instruments.

Community Life

Community life is built on connection, support, and shared responsibility. The Office of Community Life helps organize activities in student homes, school activities, and campus traditions, which develop lasting relationships, teach valuable life skills, and foster a sense of belonging within a caring and diverse community.

The Compass Project

The Compass Project is our school’s character and leadership development program. It empowers students to challenge themselves in new ways. They are charged to explore their interests and nurture leadership skills. Extracurricular activities reinforce these principles. Students’ participation allows them to become more invested in their school experience.
