MHS is seeking an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee and enhance the schools directly held real estate portfolio. This role supports strategic planning, property management, acquisitions, dispositions, and value‑enhancement initiatives to ensure long‑term stewardship of Hershey’s land assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor a diverse real estate portfolio in alignment with MHS’s mission and stewardship philosophy.

  • Build strong relationships with tenants, partners, and community stakeholders.

  • Negotiate LOIs, leases, and amendments.

  • Support acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic real estate initiatives.

  • Conduct financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.

  • Develop marketing strategies for available properties.

  • Coordinate budgets, reporting, and special projects.

Join a mission‑driven organization and help steward one of the most unique real estate portfolios in the country. This is an on-site (no remote work) full-time role located in Hershey, PA.  Salary is based on experience and ranges between $80,991 and $108,000, plus an excellent benefits package.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of real estate asset management experience.
  • Real estate license required, brokerage license a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of local and national real estate trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel modeling.
  • Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. 
  • Willingness to engage with MHS students as part of the school community.
