  • Supervise Master’s‑level practicum students.

  • Deliver presentations.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of assessment practices and enrollment processes.

  • Maintain up‑to‑date professional knowledge through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in School Psychology and/or Clinical Psychology required; additional assessment training beyond the master’s level required. A doctoral degree is a plus.

  • School Psychologist Certification required; NCSP preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience administering psychological assessments in school and/or clinical settings, including both objective and projective tools.

  • Spanish fluency is a plus.

  • Demonstrated expertise in assessing children ages 4–15, including intelligence, behavioral, and personality evaluations.

  • Strong ability to conduct thorough, discerning file reviews with exceptional judgment.

  • Outstanding written communication skills, especially in report writing.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, databases, and online assessment platforms.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; experience working with lower‑income or underserved populations a plus.

  • Proven success managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, high‑volume environment.

  • Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all MHS staff serve as role models for students.

  • Willingness to engage with MHS students beyond core job responsibilities as part of the school’s whole‑child approach.
