Milton Hershey School (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is collecting your personal information to support its business operations, including for the business purposes listed in the chart below. We collect limited sensitive personal information as noted below. We may disclose personal information to affiliated entities, including Hershey Trust Company, Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company, The Hershey Company, and their respective subsidiaries and affiliated entities, for business purposes such as joint communications, historical and storytelling initiatives, event coordination, analytics, audience measurement, administrative support, and operational purposes. These disclosures may include identifiers, contact information, internet and network activity, and related data described below.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose certain personal information to service providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, and affiliated entities for business purposes described below. We disclose the categories of personal information listed above to the following categories of recipients: (i) service providers and contractors; (ii) analytics and advertising partners; and (iii) affiliated entities, as described in our Privacy Notice.

Sensitive personal information is a subtype of personal information consisting of specific information categories. While we collect information that falls within the sensitive personal information categories listed in the table below, we do not use it to infer characteristics about you for purposes that would require a ‘limit the use of sensitive personal information’ right under applicable law.
