Vice President of Finance and Integrated Business Systems

Soleil Carrion is vice president of finance and integrated business systems for Milton Hershey School. In addition to managing the school’s Finance Office, Carrion also oversees the directly held real estate, information technology, and business systems transformation functions. Her oversight in these areas requires close coordination with Hershey Trust Company and the MHS Board of Managers. Carrion has deep institutional knowledge, strategic perspective, and demonstrated leadership across finance and operations.

Her experience over the past year, serving as vice president of operations, further strengthened her ability to drive integration, efficiency, and long-term value for the school.

Previous Experience

Before this role, Carrion served as Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Finance, and Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis. Before MHS, Carrion was a member of the Internal Audit function at The Hershey Company. She also worked as a senior audit associate at KPMG, focusing on the banking industry, including due diligence, mergers, and acquisitions.

An active member of her community, Carrion and her family created the G & G Foundation in honor of their daughter who was diagnosed with autism when she was two years old. The Foundation builds awareness of the disability and supports families who need services into adulthood.
