Vice President of Administration
Soleil Carrion is vice president of administration for Milton Hershey School. Carrion and her team oversee the administrative operations of the entire support arm of the School. Carrion provides leadership in facilities planning, maintenance, construction, campus safety, food services, clothing, transportation, information technology and business innovation, and directly held real estate. Her oversight in these areas also requires close coordination with Hershey Trust Company and the MHS Board of Managers.
Previous Experience
Before this role, Soleil Carrion served as vice president of finance and shared services at MHS, where she oversaw fiduciary responsibility for the school’s assets that support effective resource management into perpetuity through functions such as accounting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, strategic sourcing, cash management, payroll, quality assurance, and business systems. As part of this role, Carrion and team oversee Shared Services to MHS subsidiary, Catherine Hershey Schools for Ealy Learning. Earlier in her career, she was a member of the Internal Audit function at The Hershey Company and also worked at KPMG, focusing on the banking industry, including due diligence, mergers, and acquisitions.
An active member of her community, Carrion and her family created the G & G Foundation in honor of their daughter who was diagnosed with autism when she was 2 years old. The Foundation builds awareness of the disability and supports families who need services into adulthood.
