Renee Holloman is vice president of human resources for Milton Hershey School. In her role, Holloman and her team strategically advance the school’s goals through talent management, benefit and compensation, labor relations, and training and development. Holloman is committed to fostering a high-performance, mission-driven workforce that positions MHS as a leader in education. 

Previous Experience 

Before MHS, Renee Holloman was executive vice president and chief people officer at PAM Health. Previously, she spent 15 years at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts in various senior leadership roles in Hershey Destination Services, Hershey Golf Collection, and The Hotel Hershey. She also held key leadership positions at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Trump Casino Hotels, excelling in catering, convention services, and hospitality operations.
