Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel

Andrew Clark is vice president of legal affairs and general counsel for Milton Hershey School. In his role, Clark serves as the chief legal advisor to executive leadership, managing the school’s litigation portfolio and advising staff in the risk management and corporate compliance programs. With the creation of Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning, Clark played a pivotal role in forming the entity as a subsidiary of MHS, serving on the Board as the director and secretary for CHS.   

Previous Experience 

Before MHS, Andrew Clark served as deputy chief counsel for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the Department of General Services, Department of Transportation, and the Office of General Counsel. Before his work with the Commonwealth, he served as deputy chief counsel for The Vartan Group.
