Milton Hershey School relies on the President and Mission and Strategy Team (MST), our executive leadership team, to oversee the primary functions and day-to-day operations of our institution. They help ensure our students have everything they need to live and learn on campus. The school’s 10th president is alumnus Pete Gurt ’85.

The Deed of Trust established a Board of Managers as its governing body. Our managers are charged with making decisions about Milton Hershey School Trust assets and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the school.
