MHS Commemorates Opening of School Celebration with Fireworks
As part of the conclusion of Milton Hershey School’s Opening of School Celebration, fireworks flew over Hershey. To unite our communities from far and wide, we shared the fireworks show live on Facebook.

Opening of School Activities

The 2021 Opening of School Celebration kicked off in student homes and TL buildings with a dinner, kick-off video unveiling the theme, and special delivery.
From Aug. 14-20, Founders Hall was illuminated with a combination of colors to represent the promise of a new school year and the 2021-22 theme, Greater Together.
To welcome students to the first day of the 2021-22 school year, MHS held outdoor pep rallies at each scholastic building featuring DJs, balloon arches, signage, and MHS staff cheering them on. The fun didn’t stop there!
