Milton Hershey School Celebrates National S’mores Day

There is no sweeter place to celebrate National S’mores Day than in Hershey, PA.

Today on National S’mores Day, MHS student homes received their second surprise box as part of the Opening of School festivities for the 2020-21 school year. The un-boxing experience unwrapped a s’mores kit specially sent to MHS students by The Hershey Company. Each kit included a bag of marshmallows, box of graham crackers, and of course, HERSHEY’s milk chocolate bars.

Throughout the year, the Hershey Entities support MHS students by connecting with them in meaningful ways through Project Fellowship, mentorships, and other educational opportunities available to students because of their support. Additionally, the proceeds of The Hershey Company’s signature candies support MHS financially.

Over the next few weeks, MHS students and staff will enjoy a series of safe and socially-distanced activities unifying around the theme for the year: Our Future in Focus.
