MHS National Spanish Honor Society inductees

MHS Hosts First-Ever National Spanish Honor Society Induction Ceremony

This week, 28 Milton Hershey School students were inducted into the National Spanish Honor Society during the school’s first-ever induction ceremony. The goal of National Spanish Honor Society is to help students develop an interest in Hispanic studies and recognize high schoolers who have achieved academic excellence in Spanish class.

To be inducted, students must be enrolled in upper-level Spanish classes and maintain an overall grade average of 90 percent or above. Students also must commit to sharing their knowledge and promoting Hispanic studies across the MHS campus.

National Spanish Honor Society Induction ceremony

Milton Hershey School encourages students to gain global awareness through multicultural and global education. As they gain a better understanding of themselves, different cultures, and the systems in which they live, they become better prepared for the global, 21st century workforce.
