Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a cost-free home and school with over 2,000 students from lower-income settings. The School’s mission is to nurture and educate the students’ so each one can reach his or her full potential. MHS provides enrolled students a multitude of opportunities, including numerous athletic options with access to state-of-the-art athletic facilities led by a committed coaching staff.
Milton Hershey School is currently seeking an Assistant, Junior Varsity Boys Soccer Coach. The assistant coach is responsible for assisting the head coach with the organization and administration of the Junior Varsity Boys Soccer program. Qualified applicants should exhibit a commitment to high student achievement and support for all students in a diverse, multi-cultural environment. The season runs August through October and includes some commitments to off season training and workouts as well. Practices are held Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. with occasional Saturday practices or games during the season.
Qualifications:

1-3 years successful coaching experience preferred. Experience coaching or playing at the travel or collegiate level is preferred.

Must have knowledge of current soccer rules and regulations.

Ability to teach fundamental skills and team concepts of soccer.

Ability to interact with student athletes of different ages and soccer skill levels in a positive and professional manner.

Must demonstrated high degree of integrity as all MHS staff are considered to be role models for MHS students.
