Fall 5th & 6th Grade Developmental Volleyball Assistant Coach

Milton Hershey School is currently seeking an Assistant Volleyball Coach responsible for the organization and administration of the 5th & 6th grade Volleyball program, working to develop athletic skills. Qualified applicants should exhibit a commitment to high student achievement and support for all students in a diverse, multicultural environment.
The season begins mid August 2022 and ends mid October 2022. Practices are two days a week from 3:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. with one game per week, times will vary.
Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS is a cost-free, home and school for over 2,000 pre-K through 12th grade students. Since its’ founding, the lives of more than 11,000 children from lower income and working-class families have been transformed through high-quality education and a positive, structured home life. This position is located in Hershey, PA.
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years successful coaching experience
- Must have current knowledge of techniques, rules and regulations, and training theory of volleyball
- Ability to interact with students of different age and skill levels in a positive and professional manner
- Spanish fluency a plus
- Demonstrated high degree of integrity as all MHS staff are considered to be role models for MHS students
