Taking it to the Next Level Conference Creates National Dialogue on CTE 

Milton Hershey School and Washington, D.C. think-tank Opportunity America recently hosted a Career and Technical Education Conference: Taking it to the Next Level at Catherine Hall. The two brought together experts, policymakers and scholars from across the country to discuss the latest advancements, biggest challenges and the importance of school/business partnerships in preparing young people to enter the workforce.

TV personality John Stossel addressed more than 100 audience members as keynote speaker. Milton Hershey School President Pete Gurt and Hershey Entertainment and Resorts President and CEO Bill Simpson spoke together about their joint efforts to prepare MHS students for the future.
