Visitation Policy

Milton Hershey School promotes the active, ongoing relationship and involvement of parents and sponsors, families, and other authorized visitors with students in accordance with the MHS Visitation Policy.

Students enrolling in the fall are eligible for five weekend overnight visits between September and May (except Labor Day weekend), in addition to the scheduled vacation breaks. Weekend overnight visits for students enrolling during winter or spring months are prorated according to the enrollment date to balance family involvement with the opportunity for successful adjustment to the School. Weekend overnight visits cannot be accumulated from year to year or be added to scheduled break periods.

“Request for Weekend Overnight Visitation” forms can be downloaded for your convenience. Please use this form when making a visitation request for your child.
